Using "Shell" Shin Overlays will improve your comfort during HEMA trainings.

They are made of elastic and strong polypropylene 3mm thick. Protruded parts of the surface additionally increase the resistance. Inside of them a soft foam is mounted for better amortization. Shin overlays are equipped with two elastic tapes to mount them in a place, as a result they are stable and kept in a place.

Shin overlay may be used independently or along with socks.
