MINI-sized of the Balaton underplastron. Recommended for people under 10 years old, if the suit size is 146 or less. Smaller than size XS.

This underplastron is made of the FIE Balaton material, double layered, thicker than Superlight. Lower elastic strap with buckle (adjustable), upper neckstrap with velcro. FIE and CE approved for 800 Newton force. In Finland, the use of an 800N plastron is required in competitions of all age groups.

NOTE: The plastron is worn under any armor, trouser collar and suspenders. In this way, the extremely unlikely sneaking of a blade under the hem of a jacket is caught with this safety device. The blade cannot touch the skin!
