Shipping & Returns

Delivery schedule

• In-stock orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days.
• Out-of stock orders are shipped typically within 1-3 weeks.
• Shipments take 1 day in Finland
• International shipments depend on destination country, starting from 1-2 days to Estonia and usually about a week for most of Europe

Shipping options in Finland:

• Post in Finland - Your order will be sent via finnish post, and you will receive a tracking number for following your parcel
• Small parcels - If your order weighs less than 500g and is no thicker than 3cm, it can be sent with a big envelope for reduced shipping cost.
• Competition delivery - If we are present in a competition, just mention in the comments when ordering and we can bring your order there free of charge
• Delivery to OMS salle - Delivery to the Oulu fencing club salle is free of charge
• Speed delivery - Contact us directly to inquire a speed delivery on out-of stock products (for competition gear emergencies etc). If the central warehouse has the product ready, a speed delivery (and possibly name printing) may be facilitated within 3-4 days. Shipping cost 32 euros.
• CHANGES AND RETURNS: within 14 days period via finnish Post as a customer return with code 624820 (Post will print everything needed). Note that discounted products and tailor-made products are exempt.
• SHIPPING COST IN FINLAND: 10 euros for normal parcels, 6 euros for small deliveries

International deliveries

• Post package outside Finland via ParcelConnect, Priority or EMS depending on destination country. Pre-payment necessary. You will receive a tracking number for following your parcel.
• Baltics and Sweden: 10 euros per shipment
• Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech: 15 euros per shipment
• Slovakia, Luxembourg: 20 euros per shipment
• Elsewhere in EU: 25 euros per shipment
• Outside EU: 30 euros per shipment
• NOTE: The above shipping costs for ordinary parcels. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for odd-size, overweight etc. shipments based on actual shipping charges
• CUSTOMS etc.: for deliveries outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs and import taxes and charges.
• CHANGES AND RETURNS: within 14 days period. Note that discounted products and tailor-made products are exempt. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees incurred by returns and changes.
